I am thrilled to contribute to a program called Spark led by Paul Denniston. Paul is a luminary of our time and the founder of Grief Yoga. This program is about finding spark and transformation through movement and expression. Below is information about Spark, and where you can join to hear me share about ways to regulate in times of struggle. I have attended many of Paul’s courses and have found them exceptional.

Ways to Self Regulate in Times of Struggle

(Special Guest Teacher Dr. Abi Blakeslee)

June 18 at 11am PT / 2pm ET

Our special guest this month is Dr. Abi Blakeslee, who is the founder of Implicit Psychotherapy and holds a Ph.D. in Clinical and Somatic Psychology and an MA in Counseling and Depth Psychology. In this bonus, we'll learn practical techniques to help yourself self regulate when you're feeling activated and overwhelmed.

Challenges, anxiety and loss will always be a part of life.
The struggle is real. It's all around us, and also within us.
Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed?
In this turbulent world, so many things are out of our control.
Yet we do have the power of how to react and respond.
We can create space to express, channel, and move the struggle through.
Perhaps it can lead us to more confidence. love and peace.
Peace is a reflection of ease. Ease is an absence of difficulty or effort.
The intention of finding moments to slow down.
Perhaps to seek and savor moments of sweetness.

What would it be like to embody more ease in life?

In our supportive community Spark, we experience classes using movement, breath and sound to transform pain and suffering in empowering ways, to witness grief to move toward more love, play, and meaning.

This month, in Spark, we will embrace mind, body, and spirit techniques to Embody Ease in empowering ways.

Join us in Spark for Live 60-Minute Classes on Thursdays at 12:00 pm PT/ 3:00 pm ET.

There's also an optional 30-minute informal discussion time following the class.

If you can't make it, all of the classes will be recorded and available on your platform for you to experience in your own time.

As a Spark member, you also have access to a library of classes. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to paul@griefyoga.com. Or to get all the details, click here.
